User roles

In Qvalon system, each user has his own set of roles that provide them with access to one or another functionality.

Main roles#

Available main user roles:

ROLE_ADMINSystem administrator, full access to all system features and settings
ROLE_SHOPDIRStore manager, responsible for the store
ROLE_SUPERVISORInspector, has the ability to set and pass checks
ROLE_CURATORDivision director responsible for divisions can set checks and view analytics for his division,must be level DIVISION
ROLE_DIRECTOR_CLUSTERThe region director responsible for his regions can set checks and view analytics for his regions, must be level REGION
ROLE_OPERATION_DIRECTORThe company director responsible for his regions can set checks and view analytics of company, must be level COMPANY
ROLE_USER_CHECKLISTS_ORGANIZERUser with the ability to schedule employee checks
ROLE_SURVEY_ADMINUser can edit survey templates
CALL_ENABLEDUser can use calls
